Edward Harvey Dixon passed away July 3, 2017 at University Hospital. He was a native of Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Dixon retired from the United States Postal Service after 27 years of service. He also worked for The Council for Economic Opportunities In Greater Cleveland. In his spare time he enjoyed playing cards and will forever be known for the giving man with the big heart.
