Mr. Jeffery Lewis

Jeffery Lewis was born on June 3, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the younger brother to Clifford Lewis. His parents are Merle Lewis and Ruby C. Lewis.

He attended Cleveland Heights High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. After his military service, he became a security guard. He pursued various other employment opportunities before finding an opportunity as a clerk in the Seafood/ Meat Department. His goal was to become a Journeyman meat cutter, so he started off as an apprentice in the field in 2011. After two years, Mr. Lewis became a Journeyman meat cutter in 2013, a moment he was very proud of. It was also a career that he maintained proudly until his final days.

Mr. Lewis leaves behind a legacy of generosity, love, and left an incredible mark on the hearts of those he loved. His contributions to his family, friends and community will never be forgotten.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Merle Lewis. He leaves behind to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, dear brother, Clifford and his wife Frances Lewis; cherished sons, Jeffery Jr., Jason and Cory Lewis and former wife, Kim Liggins; Jada Willingham and her mother Desiree Willingham; Nicholas Lewis and mother Jennifer Rosalund and lastly his life campanion; Penny Lewis; 10 precious grandchildren and a host of caring relatives and friends.

A remarkable man, Mr. Lewis was loved by many and will be truly missed by all
