William B. Lowe was born April 25, 1936 in Reading, PA. He served his country in the United States Army where he was honorably discharged.He relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where he met and married Pearl Pennyman Lowe, to this union3 children were born. William retired from LTV Steel where he was a laborer for many years. In his pastime he loved to play cards. He passed away September 18, 2017 at McGregor Nursing Home in East Cleveland, OH,He leaves to cherish his memory beloved wife, Pearl Lowe, loving children, Linda (Ivan) Cordell of Columbus, OH, Gregory (Roberta)Lowe of Pittsburgh, PA,Andre (Lisa) Lowe, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, aunt Martha Traylor, sister-in law, Louise Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
