Mary Louise Jenkins was born September 6, 1932 in Ragland, Alabama to the union of Beason and Creola Young Byers. She relocated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1952 and was united in holy matrimony to Samuel Jenkins in 1954.
Mary was a domestic worker for several families in the Cleveland area. She was a member of Edgehill Community Church where she was a member of the hospitality department. Mary enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends.
She was preceded in death by husbandSamuel Jenkins in2013 and two brothers Benjamin and Lawrence Byers.
Mary Louise Jenkins passed away peacefullyFebruary 16, 2018.
She leaves to cherish her memory beloved children Anthony Jenkins, Bert Jenkins, Michael Jenkins, Sandra (Kenneth) Jenkins Driscal, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, brothers, Billy Ray, Charles and Gregory Byers, sisters Peretha Oden, Imogene Miller, Creola Pearl Jackson, Jeanette Davis and a host of other relatives and dearfriends.
