Dorothy C. Hambrick was born June 15, 1925 in Harrisville, Tennessee to Cloyd Ward and Katherine Valentine. She was the owner and operator of Dorothy's Beauty Salon for over 60 years located on 83rd and Cedar Avenue.Dorothy loved to crochet, cook, andlisten to jazz and gospel music.She was preceded in death by parents, two sisters; Castella and May.She leaves to cherish her memory, beloved daughter Tangene Acree, loving granddaughter Tyshawn Knight and several nieces, nephews other relatives and dearfriends.
