Norman G. Pennington

Beloved husband to Margaret A. Pennington and beloved father to Amy Pennington (Stephen Janowski), Harvey Mahlon (Denise Mahlon), Lisa Janowski. Grandfather to Stephen IV, Timothy, Haley, Sam, Savannah, Daniel, Nicholas, Skyler, Caleb, Kiersten, Shannon, and Isaiah. Great-grandfather to Dominick, Eliana, and April.

Norm will always be remembered for his sharp sense of humor, quiet stoicism, and unabashed charm. He remained the devoted husband of his beloved wife until his final day. He regarded his friends as family and treated his family with the same care and devotion he gave to himself. In every conversation, he was fully present- listening, engaging, and ensuring that those around him felt that their words mattered. He held a tender place in his heart for his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who he cherished deeply.

He loved his country, loved God, and would always remain true to his convictions. All who met him were, in one way or another, graced by the privilege of knowing him. Now he is at rest with his beloved, and though his absence will be deeply felt by those who loved him, there is comfort beyond measure at the prospect of spending eternity with him. From all your family, rest in peace, dear Norm.

Entombment will take place for both Norm and Peggy at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273 on Friday, September 4th at 9:45 am.
