Susan, age 78, quietly passed away in her sleep on September 18th 2025. She was born August 17,1947 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Frank and Matilda Ptak. She was the loving Wife of the late Dr.Lungee Dy. Susan was the devoted mother of Danette Wolodzko (Tim) andJohn. She was the blessed Grandma of Emily, Annie, McKenzie, and Audrey. She is survived by her dear Sister Mary
Ellen Nagy (the late Steve), and Aunt of Shelly Stecklow (Greg). Susan is survived by many loving long-time friends and care takers. We will cherish the memories of Susan forever.
Visitation will be at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 14768 Lorain Ave Cleveland on Friday September 26, 2025 from 4:00- 8:00 P.M. The Mass of a Christian Burial will be at St. Patrick Church 4427 Rocky River Drive on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
