Beloved father of Kim (Don) Williams, Jerome Santiago (deceased), Victor (Deborah) Santiago, Gabriela Santiago, Jose (Rhonda) Santiago, Roberta Santiago, Angela Santiago and Carmen Santiago. Loving grandfather and great grandfather of many. Dearest brother of Ada, Cristina (deceased), Wilson, Hector (deceased), Arnaldo, Ilca, Alicia, Hector Ivan, Rafael (deceased) and David. Dear uncle, cousin and friend of many. We were all blessed that he loved to cook. From family barbeques to Puerto Rican specialties and we have to mention his savory greens. Our dad had an infectious smile that fit his loving personality. Dad we will all miss you. Rest in peace and tell Mom hello from us.
