He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and William Sigan. He is survived by his sister, Sharon Sigan; his spouse, Carol Penrod; and his step-son, Chris Penrod. William was also a beloved friend to many, and his steady presence will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege to know him.
William found great joy in muscle cars and heavy metal music interests that spoke to his spirited appreciation for power, craftsmanship, and sound. He also loved building model cars, a pastime that reflected his patience, attention to detail, and the quiet satisfaction he took in creating something with his hands.
William’s life will be remembered with respect and gratitude, and his memory will remain close to the hearts of his family and friends.
All services will be private with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in the family plot.
