Jane Dorothy Bogdanski

Jane was born on August 7, 1949 in Meriden, CT to Joseph and Anne Bogdanski. She graduated from Maloney High School in 1967 and completed her Associates Degree from Bay State College in Boston, MA in 1969. Jane worked as a legal secretary throughout her professional career.

Jane had a deep love for the ocean, and some of her happiest moments were spent in Westbrook. She appreciated life’s simple joys, and found meaning in quiet moments and time spent with loved ones. More than anything she was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her quiet strength, steady love, and deep care for her family will never be forgotten.

Jane was preceded by her parents, Joe and Anne, and her brothers, Paul and Joe.

She is survived by her brother, John, and sister, Liz; her three children: Jon (Laura), Jason (Bailey), and Rachel (Mario); and her grandchildren, Abigail, Joseph, Bradley, and Penny. She also leaves behind her former spouse, Jay Berardino, and devoted life partner, Jack Anderson.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday August 9th, 2025 at 2pm, at Swan Funeral Home in Clinton CT. All are welcome. Casual attire is requested at the celebration.
