Dear Mary and Rick,

Not sure if you remember me, I am Bob Zeranski from Meriden.  I worked with Mary at Chestel.  I remember Mary's stories about Jessica!  I accidentally came across her obituary.  My deepest sympathies.

I am so saddened to just read in the Killingworth Krier that Jessica has passed away.  I met her at The Cooking Company in Killingworth where I worked.  When our friend and co-worker Anna was diagnosed with breast cancer Jessica would take time to give her advice and support.  After I left The Cooking Company I would stop by once in a while at the Kid's Center just to see her and ask how she was doing.  She always took time to sit and talk.  A very sweet person and strong person.  My heart goes out to her family.

Rick, my deepest sympathies to you.  It was truly an honor to have met Jessica.  I was inspired by her courage and strength.  Wishing you and your family peace.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jessica for close to 5 years at The Killingworth Kid's Center. She was an unforgettable force of energy that always left a smile on your face. A jokester and empathetic director who was kind to all who crossed her path she managed to keep a professional and serious side to herself too.   My deepest condolences to her family (Rick, Jack & Kayla), friends and the families at KKC. May you find comfort in knowing that she made such a positive impact on all who knew her. May her kindness and goodness shine through in those who had the pleasure of knowing and working with her, both children and adults. A fighter till the end, Rest In Peace "Boss Lady".❤
