Linda Kay Bartone

Born on May 6, 1947, in Madison, CT, Linda was the beloved daughter of the late John Gauland and Mary Buell.

Linda attended Daniel Hand High School. Not long after, she met the love of her life, Anthony F. Bartone, Sr., and together they built a beautiful life. They were married on September 8, 1968, sharing 56 years of marriage filled with devotion, laughter, and love.

Known for her vibrant spirit and larger-than-life personality, Linda had a gift for lighting up every room she entered. She treasured the time spent with her family and friends and found her greatest joy in the company of those she held closest to her heart.

In addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by her beloved son, Anthony F. Bartone, Jr.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Anthony Sr., as well as Bart the Bulldog.

Linda’s warmth, humor, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.

Having passed so close to their 57th wedding anniversary, her husband, Anthony has written this message to Linda: “I would like to wish my wife Linda a Happy Anniversary.
