Born in Sharon, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Lillian O'Neil Larkin.
Linda was a graduate of the University of Connecticut and obtained a Master's Degree in social work. She work for the State of Connecticut as a social worker.
She is survived by her three children, Christopher, Timothy and Kirsten. Also survived by three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews
