

Lisbeth Morris, 91, of Westbrook, CT, passed away on February 6, 2024. She was born on February 8, 1932, in Hartford, to the late Herbert and Sarah Putnam. She married Ronald E. Morris in June 1954, and they have five children.
Lisbeth was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and the Grand Dame of Old Kelsey Point. She enjoyed gardening, reading, interior design, traveling and a love of all things Christmas. Lisbeth was also a businesswoman, for many years she co-owned and managed Antiques & Herbs gift shop in Riverton, CT with her sister and mother.
Lisbeth was a remarkable woman. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. She had a beautiful soul, and a radiant smile. She touched the lives of many people with her wisdom, kindness, and grace.
She is survived by her children: Sarah Q. Morris-McCracking, her husband John of Portland ME, Ronald E. Morris Jr., his wife Cindy of Portland ME, Timothy C. Morris, his wife Natalie of Peacham VT, Jonathan P. Morris and his partner Kathleen of Canton CT and Amanda Q. Morris of Westbrook CT; her grandchildren: Samantha McCracking, Lisbeth McCracking, Michaela Morris, Gabriella Crowell, Samuel Morris, Maxwell Morris and Simone Morris; her great-granddaughter, Eleanor Munoz. Lisbeth was predeceased in death by her parents: Herbert and Sarah Putnam; and her sister, Cherilla Brown.
Lisbeth will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
