Sharon was an avid Notre Dame football fan. Every game, she and Sal could be found shouting at the TV in support of all things Irish. She also enjoyed traveling, frequenting local wineries, and finding deals on more swans and pillows with which to decorate their home.
The family would like to send their sincere thanks to Dr. David Miner and the staff of DaVita Healthcare for all they did to keep Sharon comfortable, healthy, and in good spirits over the years, and Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell for the comfort and care they gave Sharon during her final days.
Due to COVID-19, a private funeral will be held in Madison, CT, with a reception afterward at their home in Clinton. All are welcome to attend the reception in Clinton and celebrate Sharon’s life. Details will be provided soon. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Sharon’s name to the National Kidney Fund at www.Kidney.org.
