Bonnie Jean Hoffmeyer, age 69, passed away on January 08, 2022. She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years (two weeks shy of reaching their 50th wedding anniversary) James E. Hoffmeyer Sr., children, Teresa Hoffmeyer (Don Diedo), Tim Hoffmeyer, Jim (Missie) Hoffmeyer and Michael Hoffmeyer (Maria Boyd), ; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She also leaves behind her siblings Rick Koppman (Nancy Nevill), Larry (Phyllis) Koppman and Marge Saenz.
She was predeceased by her parents, Warren (Genevieve) Koppman and siblings Linda Finkbeiner and Warren “Bunny” Koppman.
Bonnie was a devoted wife and mother, loving grandmother and great –grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and bike riding. She loved going to Bingo, but traded that for Casino outings to play her favorite game of Sizzling 7’s. Bonnie was the best at making cabbage rolls and potato pancakes. She had the biggest heart and cared for everyone.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday January 12, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 with visitation starting at 10:00 am with the funeral service immediately following at 11:00 am. All services will be held at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township, MI 48035
