Brian Curtis Parr was born May 30, 1957 to the late Douglas (Bud) and Barbara (Harris) Parr in Detroit, Michigan. He passed away at home on May 3, 2025.

He retired from General Motors in 2008 after serving 30 years with the company. He enjoyed off road adventures with the Off Road Jeepers, and Blue Water Jeep Owners.

Surviving are his wife Sharon (York) Parr of 44 years. His daughter Tracy (Rick) Fox. Grandchildren: Jessica and Steven Fox. Brother Mike (Marsha) Parr, and sister Linda Parr. One niece Dawn (Rob) Goebbel and two nephews, Alex (James Hammontree) Parr and Michael (Efrosini) Parr.

Visitation will be held Friday May 16, 2025 from 4-8 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Twp, Michigan 48038. Funeral service will follow Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 10 AM, also at Resurrection Funeral Home. Entombment service will follow directly after at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East in Clinton Twp, Michigan.
