Carol Lee Zielinski

Carol Lee (Boston) Zielinski, age 82 of Clinton Township passed on the day we celebrate love, February 14, 2025. Carol was born on September 23, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Wilson Murray and Bertha Lee (Smith) Boston.

Carol was the sweetest, most loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be remembered for the heartfelt words of love she wrote to her family and friends in every card she sent. Carol always said the best prayers! She loved music, especially Elvis and dancing. She was fun to be around and quick witted. Carol was a wonderful mother. She was extremely proud and close to each of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with them. They shared lots of love and laughter and made great memories together.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald P. Zielinski and brother, William M. Boston. Carol is survived by her loving daughters, Michelle Johnson, Lisa (Dave) Schindler, and Pamela (Kenneth) LeFevre. Cherished grandchildren, Leah (Jim Rastall) Sawicki, Jake Johnson, Lauren (Peter) Gauthier, Daniel Sawicki, Christine (Fiancé Eric Willetts) Sawicki, John LeFevre, and Garrett LeFevre. Adored great-grandchildren, Joshua Sawicki, Henry Gauthier, and Madison Gauthier. Dear brother David T. (Linda) Boston, niece Cynthia Boston, nephew, Jason (Kristy) Boston. Close friend of the family Dan Sawicki.

Carol will be honored by her family with a private service.
