Charles proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy for 22 years. His years of military service reflected his commitment, dedication, and honor, and his service remained an important part of his life.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
