OBITUARY

Charles Taylor Sr.

Charles "Charlie" Taylor, Sr., of Warren, passed away on November 1, 2019 at the age of 90.

Beloved husband of Dolores for 68 years; dear father of Charles (JoAnn) Taylor, Jr., Deborah Weeden, Yvonne (Vincent) Sammut, and Timothy (Cindy) Taylor; proud grandpa of David (Crystala), Jennifer (Rob) Katie, TJ, the late Joseph (Heather), and Lindsay; step-grandpa of Christopher (Kamla) and Christina (Brandon); great-grandpa of Kaley, Jake, Danny, Riley, and Clara, Collin; step-great-grandpa of Tommy, , Allyson, Brianna, and Annabella; brother of the late Hershel, the late Floyd, and the late Carolyn.

Charlie was the Past Master of the Masonic Jefferson Lodge #553 and was active in the Shriners as a Jester and Child Care Director for 10 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. He wasn't the biggest fan of bowling, but did enjoy the casino and camping.

The family will greet friends at 10:00am for a memorial visitation until time of memorial funeral service at 11:00am on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Christ Lutheran Church, 32300 Schoenherr Rd., Warren, Michigan.
