I have so many memories of Aunt Chris! Rest in peace!

Aunt Chris, who am I going to have shopping adventures with?  You taught me how to be a good shopper, and a better "returner".  So many laughs over the years about our shopping habits.  The energy and enthusiasm to go out and just live life and pack in as many grand experiences as you can is something I admired.  The original Ever Ready bunny.  I love teasing you and hearing you laugh and saying, "Oh, Donna, stop it". I will never forget how you much time you spent with mom when she became ill from her dementia and eventual traumatic stroke.  You were there for her so often in the nursing home, and with my father before that. It meant so much.  So now, time to catch up with Uncle Bill, your sister and all the other family and friends who have moved on to their next lives.  You will be missed so much.

Aunt Chris and my mom were best friends and pregnant with Sandy and me at the same time. I am reminded every year by Sandra that I am older since I popped out first. All thru our childhood the two moms as best friends and living right around the corner...allowed Sandy and I to share family memories every day of our childhood years. Today Sandy aka Shawney and I are inseparable best friends. Aunt Chris, we will miss you, say hello to my mom up there. I love you....Sheryl Andor Hodor ..Ft.Lauderdale,Florida

We will always remember "Aunty Chris" as a fun and loving aunt, cousin to my dad. My parents (and others!) shared a lot of great times with Aunty Chris and Uncle Bill, and we cherish the memories in photos of those fun activities. Whenever Aunty Chris would come over, she would brighten the atmosphere with her joyful and contagious good cheer. She always made us feel that she cared about and loved us. May she be happy and at peace with our other beloved and departed family members.

Chris was the secretary at Mark Twain when I started there when the school first opened.  She became a friend of my Mom's.  She was a great person to have known.    Kim, Carole & Shawn Kraft, Roseville, MI

Chris was a beautiful lady both inside and out who dearly loved her family of whom she spoke of so lovingly. She also had a second family at Mark Twain School as a secretary who dealt on a daily basis with students, teachers, and parents and will always be remembered fondly. As a former teacher and friend of Chris's I share those memories.

Chris was a beautiful lady both inside and out who lived her life to the fullest.  Her family was an integral part of her being but she also had a major influence on the students and teachers at Mark Twain School who to the day fondly remember her.  May she rest in peace.

i am sorry for the loss of your mother she was very nice lady a very good Secretary. Mark Twain Elementary school in the Fraser high school district will miss you deeply
