Oh, Ms. Dar I hope you realized how special you were to me. Even though we did not work on the same unit you were always helpful when I needed guidance. At first you intimidated me because of my anxiousness but you took me under your wing and taught me to believe in myself and my knowledge. I am so grateful that God put you in my life. I will truly miss you and your prudent smiles! I wish to express my deepest condolences to all of Darlene’s loved ones. May God’s strength and love be with all of you!!!

My love, thoughts, and prayers to the Leone family. Darlene was one of the first people I met when I started working at the hospital... She was one of the most dedicated, hard working, women I have ever met (to both her career and family). She will always be remembered and loved for far to many reasons to list! May she Rest In Peace always.

Dar gave true meaning to friend and mentor. She inspired me, impressed me, taught me, corrected me, encouraged me, laughed with me and shared everything she could about life, death and how to be a good nurse and hunan being. She deeply touched my life and so many others. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. Thank you to the Leone family for sharing this beautiful woman. My sincerest condolences.

Dear Joe and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I will never forget how caring, hardworking, funny and thoughtful Darlene was to us all when working for you both at Parkway. You both treated us like family and have so many fond memories. It truly was my favorite job.

With deepest sympathy,
Lori Reinhardt
