David Robert Whitmore, age 75, passed away on December 24, 2018. Beloved husband of Emily (nee Fretch) for 49 years; devoted father of Brian David (Lee) Whitmore, Dean Robert Whitmore, and Lance Thomas Whitmore; dear brother of Richard (late Pauline) Whitmore.
David was born on April 17, 1943 in Mt. Clemens to the late Robert and Beatrice Whitmore. He proudly served in the US Air Force and retired from the City of Warren after many years of faithful service.
The family will greet friends from 2:00pm-8:00pm on Friday, December 28 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp. Funeral services with military honors will be held at 11:30am on Saturday, December 29 at the above location. Visitation from 10:30am until time of service. Interment at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Twp.
