Doris was born July 16, 1926 to Harry and Annie (Sargent) Bell and was married to Casper Tribu for 45 years until his passing in 1995. She was the proud mother of nine children, a devoted grandmother and loving GG and her first great great grandchild will be born in April.
Doris was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her and her smile would light up a room. The world will be a little sadder place without her in it.
Doris is survived by her children, Mary Tribu-Gibson, Ann (Michael) Moran, Joan (Tom) Drake, John Tribu, Casper (Maria) Tribu, Theresa Tribu, Joseph Tribu, Veronica (Danny) Walker, Dori (Jeff) Christofus; 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Casper; her siblings; and a grandchild.
A visitation for Doris will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035. An instate will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:00 am until the time of Funeral Mass at 9:30 am at St. Blasé Catholic Church, 12151 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48312. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan.
