Dorothy Marie Hylko

Dorothy Marie Hylko (nee Watchowski), 84, a longtime resident of Warren, died on Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was born in Dwight Township, Huron County, Michigan on May 8, 1929. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Frances (Ornowski) Watchowski. Dorothty was united in marriage to William Hylko at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Dwight Township, on May 7, 1949. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, William Hylko, as well as four brothers and four sisters. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and is survived by her children Diane (Robert) Sinagra, Denise (Dennis) Rocco, and Dennis (Michele); grandchildren Kristina (John), Katherine, Karen and her fiancé Michael, Anthony and his fiancé Kristen, Nicole; step-grandson Matthew; and several grand-dogs. She is also survived by her twin sister, Virginia Deman. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family. A special thanks to the staff at KALB AFC Home II and Henry Ford Hospice for their loving care and support during Dorothy's illness.
