Edith was a faithful parishioner of St. Thecla Catholic Church, where she found spiritual strength and community. Her faith was a constant in her life and guided her in all that she did. She had a deep love of travel and spent many happy years exploring new places with her beloved husband. Above all else, she adored her family and spending time with them. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Edith is survived by her children: Charles, Joseph (April), and William; grandchildren: Ashlie, William, Megan, Tara, Amanda (Adam), Holly, Johnny (Staci), Skylar (Jorge), Brandon, and Zachary; 8 great grandchildren; and her sister, Edna. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alexander; parents; Clarence and Theresa; step-mom, Katherine; and brothers: Harry and Buddy.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10AM, with an instate prior at 9:30AM, at St Thecla Catholic Church - 20740 S Nunneley Rd, Clinton Twp, Michigan. Edith will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery following the services.
