Snyder, Jr., Edwin George, age 78, entered Eternal Life on October 15, 2016 at The Shore Pointe Nursing Center, St. Clair Shores, MI. He was born November 6, 1937 in El Dorado, Kansas to Edwin G. Snyder, Sr. and Ora Feik Condell. Step-son of Calista Snyder and Clayton Condell. Married to Janet Ervinck Snyder for 53 years. Three children, Susan (Anthony) Citraro, Catherine Snyder and Steven Snyder. Two granddaughters, Olivia Citraro and Kristin Snyder. Son-in-law of Peter and Genevieve Ervinck, Brother-in-law of Joan Ervinck Hommes. Half-brother of Connie (Kenneth) Reise and Gerald (Sharon) Condell. Ed served his Country in the United States Army. He worked for the Xerox Corporation for 30 years. Visitation will be held at the Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Rd., Clinton Twp., MI on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm; with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Ed will lie in-state on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Ronald Catholic Church, 17701 15 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI at 10:00 a.m., with the funeral mass beginning at 10:30 a.m., followed by Military Burial at Resurrection Cemetery.
