Eileen was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was also a foster care mother for many years. Eileen was a great cook with a signature salad dressing; many said her dogs often ate better than most people. She was creative, enjoying arts and crafts along with painting. Eileen was known to decorate, and had a love of accessorizing with jewelry. She loved to watch her family grow over the years and through the generations and will be greatly missed.
On September 1, 1951 she married Milton Joseph Pappas, and he preceded her in death on October 14, 1998. Survivors include her children, Larry (Sharon) Pappas, Pamela (Stewart) Hill, Debra (Daniel) Methric; grandchildren, Christopher Hancock, Nicole (Jim) Pappas, Ryan Methric, Jena Methric, Stewart (Samantha) Hill, Ahsley (James) Rayner; great-grandchildren, Kassie Kennedy, Nick Hancock, Lincoln Methric, Hudson Hill, Aubrey Rayner; and many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a grandson Nick Pappas.
Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
