George was born February 23, 1919, the son of Alfredo and Pierinia Ercolani in San Marino, Italy.
He was a very hardworking man who was enthusiastic about life. Being active, he enjoyed playing golf, baseball, bowling and being with his family. He was always happy and the life of the party. A devoted family man, he was the best dad and grandpa ever. George worked as a tile setter for over 40 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Sandra (Roger) East and Judith MacKool (Dale DuBois); grandchildren Todd MacKool, Peter MacKool, and Ronald MacKool Jr.; his great-grandchildren Nicholas, Tommy, Gavin, Katie, and Madison; and his sister Nora Lovisa.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 26 from 2-8pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield, Clinton Twp. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 27 at 10am also at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
