Hope (Marie) McArthur passed away peacefully on February 27, 2019. She was born to Louis and Helen (Hess) Heide on May 6, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan. Hope (Marie) grew up in Centerline and graduated from St. Clement. She was married to the late Charles McArthur. Hope (Marie) worked for Induction Services in Warren for more than 30 Years.
She was a loving mother to Daniel (Paulette Kleiss), Victoria (Gene Yancy), Kevin (Nancy), Terry (late Margaret) Karen Young, Brian (Kathy), Rebecca (Michael) Dedene, and Patrick (Stacie). Loving grandmother to Stephen (Melissa), Daniel (Shari), Jennifer (Ralph) Auerbach, Jamie Yancy, Gregory (Shelley), Lisa (Dwayne) Badgero, Ashley (Sean) Stager, Adam (Julia), Megan (Matthew) Gielniak, Derek Young, Jackie Young, Tracy (Brian) Fradette, Brian (Kelcy), Sarah Dedene, Nikolas Dedene, Jordan Dedene, Taylor (Brandon) Kempinski, Leah (Wade) Howard, Brett, Erin, Kate and 24 great- grandchildren (with one more due any day), and also survived by her sister Shirley (the late William) Jones.
She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed reading mystery novels, and watching the Hallmark Mystery Channel (Columbo was a favorite).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A funeral service at will be held on Monday, April 8,2019 at 7:00 pm. All services will be held at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
