Irene M. Horner (nee Lada) January 4, 2015, age 97 of Sterling Heights, MI. Beloved wife of the late Raymond for over 67 years. Preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Irene was a volunteer Braille Transcriber. In 1972 she brailed the book I, Claudius which resides in the U.S. Library of Congress. Inurnment of her cremated remains will take place in Denver, Colorado, with the love of her life, Ray. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in her honor.
