Jack E. Klaser

Jack E. Klaser, age 99, passed away April 8, 2021 in Clinton Township, Michigan. He was born April 28, 1921 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Elmer Joseph & Ethel Viola (Copeland) Klaser.

Jack was a proud US Army and WWII Veteran. He was a former Moose Lodge member and also belonged to the Green Fingers Organ Club. Jack was a Civil War buff and often traveled to see historic battlefields with his loving wife Leona. He enjoyed sports, specifically baseball and football. Jack will be missed by those who knew him.

He is survived by his sons, Donald, Paul (Rachele), and the late Brian (Rosemary (Ed) Zobeck); longtime companion, Marilyn Nuttall; six grandchildren, Ariana (Brian), Jacob (Megan), Aprile, Allison (Addam), Adam, Mikayla; six great-grandchildren, Gavin, Jack, Evelyn, Isaac, Nora, and Steven. Jack was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Leona; and daughter-in-law, Janice.

Visitation for Jack will be Sunday, April 11 from 3-8pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, Michigan. A funeral service will be Monday, April 12 at 11:00am at Kaul Funeral Home. Burial and Military honors will be at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township.
