My Heart is broken.  I attempted to contact Jim today to inquire about a house; and this came up!  I can't believe this....tears.  My Prayers will be lifted up for his family.  Too know Jim for one day was like u known him a life time.  I never met his wife or sons, but he always talked about them & just seem to be excited about Life, Marriage & Family. I am so sad. I only learned about your passing on June 21, 2013 today when I tried to call you. I heard the news but never heard your name as being one of those that perished in the crash. You were a great friend and a great realtor and property manager. I will miss you terribly, your smile and our talks about our ties being you as half Filipino. The world has just lost a great person. Thank you for being my friend. Rest in peace my friend.

This is truly a tragedy that we have been struggling to accept.  Jim, Sandy, Troy and Jamie are in our prayers.  All will be missed.  Jim was a great friend, both personal and in business.  Although we dragged him through a seemingly endless string of houses during the past two years, he never once complained.  He always met us with his trademark smile and happy disposition.  He was so proud of Troy and Sandy, that when we finally met them, it felt as if we knew them from all the stories Jim told us.  Jim finally did find us the house of our dreams, which we closed on two weeks before this tragedy.  Our house will always be a reminder of the wonderful person and family we lost.  To Jim and Sandy's families and friends, may God's peace be with you.

Haley Family  so sorry for your lose. I had seen Jim's signs around the area and wondered many times if it was the same Jim Haley that I went to Elizabeth Little elementary and Lincoln middle school with many years ago. I had often thought of just stopping in at his office, which is close to my daughters home, to check it out. I never did. After seeing his pictures I realize it is the same man I went to school with 50 years ago. I had thought of him often because  we were in the same classes for many of the grades and my brother had played baseball with his
brother. I remember once in either 5th or 6th grade we had Mr. Burt for our teacher and Jim had been hit with a fly ball right on the top of his eye brow, what a shiner he had.  We moved in the 8th grade and I lost contact with many of the old classmates, once again I am deeply sorry for your lose.

Jim had a way of making everyone feel special.  I'm just another one of those lucky individuals.

Jim you were one of the nicest people we knew a loving father, husband and a great friend. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Thank you for all the things you did for us, and the good times we shared. It was a pleasure to know you

The phrase to know him is to love him comes to mind when thinking about our dear friend Jim Haley.  When you knew him you loved him.  He was that type of person. I still can not believe the news. Jim, Sandy and Troy have been family friends of mine and my mom's for years. I will always remember Jim's warm smile and his loving hugs every time he greeted us. My mother is over in Afghanistan working and can not attend the memorials of her dear friends. The Haley's were an amazing family and will be truley missed! I was shocked to hear of Jim's passing. I couldn't believe it. I haven't seen him in years but when he used to sell houses in the Mulvey Farms subdivision, he'd always take time out to say 'Hi" to me whenever i'd see him around the office. He was always so upbeat too. He was the kind of guy you wanted to talk to. I'll never forget his handshake. Instead of holding out his hand vertically, he'd hold it out flat. I always thought that was cool. My prayers go out to everyone affected by his loss.

 Our hearts have been heavy ever since hearing the news. Such a loss of a truly great man and his beloved family…It is because of you, Jim, that we get to raise our family in this beautiful home, and we will be forever grateful. I am so saddened to hear what happened to this family.  I used to be Jim and Sandy's tax preparer years ago and listened to stories of Troy when he was a younger boy.  Jim was always upbeat and had a voice that one could never forget.  Prayers to the family.

As we read through the many entries in Jim's guest book, one comment prevails, his warm genuine smile and loving hugs touched so many people.  That comment is so perfectly true about Jim.  Our friendship goes back many years and holds great memories of fun filled golf outtings, family celebrations, graduations and weddings.  We will miss him very much.  Our love and prayers go out to his entire family, especially , Steven, Jimmy and Vicky.

Such an unbelievable story ... and it saddens so many!  I will forever be thankful to Jim for helping my husband and I find out first home!  I am also so proud and thankful to Jim for sponsoring our softball team in Fraser for MANY years!!  We were always proud to wear those ReMax shirts; we were always trying to get new ones out of him every season!!!  We were able to meet with Jim many times at Marinelli's to celebrate our WINS and give him the trophies our team won!  Those were the days!  Jim, you will be greatly missed. From the moment of the tragic and unbelievable news, it became apparent this is going to be extremely difficult to come to terms with the fact that Jim is no longer here and no longer part of our lives. Everyone he met and knew, he became a part of their lives to some degree.  All of Jim's photos emit life and knowing him solidified what the photos display. Our family's hearts are broken from the fact that these fine people are so suddenly no longer with us.
