I was so sorry to hear this. He use to come in to Louis' Pizza where I worked in Hazel Park. He was one of the nicest, most down-to-earth, sincere people I've ever met. I was looking him up to check in with him when I found this. So very sad. My heartfelt prayers go out to family and friends. RIP Jim. 

1993:We had each other at hello.  A couple of months later and I was so in love with Jimmy.  I remember watching old TV shows like I love Lucy in the middle of the night,  after work.  I remember Christmas  in Punta Vedra, FL. I remember the picture of his niece on his refrigerator door.  He would point to her and say, That’s my niece , isn’t she beautiful?I have so many beautiful memories with Jimmy.  He was beautiful from a distance but he was even more beautiful on the inside.   I will never forget my Jimmy.  I will never accept that he is gone. 

I just found out by a common friend that he passed away. I am still in shock and  I could not believe on it. I am really upset, Jim was amazing to me, he has a big heart and will be always on my memories. He always cared about me and always helped whenever he could. I could never have gotten to where I am in life if wasn’t for his help. I lost his contact but I wanted to visit him at his job to thank him for everything and tell him that I made it finally .
 I am really upset now that I will never be able to tell him how much he is amazing and thank him for everything..

I just found the horrible news. To the entire Mulrenin family I give my heartfelt condolences.

I just found out about this. I used to hang with Jimmy when he was the bartender at Colleens.  I can't believe it.  He was a nice man and will always be remembered.

To Jimmy's Family,
I have not seen Jimmy in years, but when I saw him last, he was his same charming and complimentary self. I feel a great sense of loss,myself, since hearing of Jimmy's passing. I can not imagine how deeply your sense of loss must be! My family, and I, send our heartfelt condolences and prayers to all of you.

Jim and Dorrie, I lost a daughter when she was 28 years old, so I know the pain you are going through. Try to find peace in the solace that this was God's plan for Jimmie. I will keep you and your family in my prayers to help you get through this tough time.

Jim had so many many friends and co-workers who have learned so much from him and have progressed in other areas of restaurant/hospitality due to his knowledge and his experience. He always had the right answers.  He is so very much missed by the employees he mentored and by future employees whom he will not be able to do so. Couldnt be more sad. Will remember and miss you forever and ever.

DEAREST JIMMY & DORRIE: There are NO words that can help the extreme pain you are feeling from losing Jimmy. Having children as I do, I cannot imagine what your hearts are going through. I am so sorry to hear of this. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mulrenin family. I remember Jim growing, he was always a great guy. May he rest in peace.

I am truly sad to hear of Jim's passing. I send my deepest condolences to his family. I remember him best from playing football at Ottawa Jr. High.
