Aunt Jane,
It saddened me deeply when I heard of your passing, but at the same time,  I’m glad there’s no more pain. 
So many memories over the years. 
You were one firecracker of a lil women, with the biggest heart. 
So sweet, always smiling, & would do anything for anyone, at anytime. 
You’ll make a wonderful angle, & probably the only one smoking Winstons. 
Your memories will be planted in my head forever. 
I love you.

We cannot express what a joy Jane was to us. We found out early that if you were her friend that she considered you family. We felt like family and were so thankful to know her. When we went out to dinner or just visited her she talked about her family and how proud she was of everyone. She had endless stories and opinions she wanted to share and we loved her for it. I know she is up there in  Heaven with her family and friends and looking down watching over us like the Angel that she is. She will clearly be missed but has given us memories that will last a lifetime. Love you Jane and we look forward to seeing you again.   Love  Mark, Roxanne and Karly 

     Aunt Jane... there is no one else quite like her.  She loved deeply, was fiercely loyal, and cared and worried about those she loved.  She always had a smile and a story of something that had happened to her with animated gestures, hand movements, and sometimes even some bouncing about.  Her stories were silly and sassy and had details for days.  She had more energy than anyone I know and had an inner strength that amazed you because it seemed it would never ever fit in her little body. We should all strive to have half of her heart and soul.  
     She was an amazing sister to her brothers and sisters and would give whatever she had to them or their families.  When I was little we would go to her house and she always had a box of candy on her coffee table and she made sure we could take some; I felt so special.  I will always remember her laughing as she would lean back in the chair at the kitchen table.  As I grew, she always wanted to know what was going on in my life and to hear details about my own family.  She just loved family so much and was so proud of her kids and grandkids.
     May God hold you, finally, in the palm of His hands and give your body peace.  I know, without a doubt, that in heaven Aunt Jane is very busy "getting after" anyone  that isn't neat or doing what they are suppose to and if there is a manager there, she's already spoken to them and set them straight on how to do things right, and God is saying, "Jane, I can really use someone like you here!"
     With all our love and fondness, rest easy, Lottie Jane... you've earned it.  We love you and will miss your heart dearly.  

Mom was our true North Star. She was our anchor, holding family together through times of laughter and times of tears. Her bright light guided us toward our own unique dreams through life, accepting our destinations with pride, understanding and great joy.  We will truly miss our Mom's  beautiful smile, warm hugs and hearing her voice say, "I Love You."
She was our beacon of inspiration, encouraging us to be strong when confronted with difficulties, to value family and friendships, laugh often and always have a good story to share. 

It would be hard to put into words the impact Aunt Jane had on my life.  She was there for our family, unconditionally.  She showed courage and strength when Uncle Billy died. She showed us what love and perseverance looked like, after.  She was granted the gift of a second love and that was Ivan.  Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren inspired her to live each day.  Billy, Sharon, Bobby and Tricia, I hope you feel all the love that our family felt for your Mother. Love you all

I have many memories of my "Sister" Jane!  My first important one is the day Jane and my brother Bill were married on August 28, 1948!  How thrilled I was to be privileged to be a "Junior" Bridesmaid at age 13!.  By the way it was one of the hottest days ever  and air conditioning wasn't common then!
I loved Jane from the start and that love and friendship continued through the years! We decided to declare ourselves "sisters", we were so close.  She was most fun-loving and caring.  I am very blessed to have Billy, Sharon Bobby, Patricia and all the family to remain close . God Bless Jane and all the family.

I want to reach for the phone and call you mom like I have so many times during my life. I want to hear the words "I love you"  when we ended our phone calls. I want to do your hair once again like I always did for the past 50 years, every Saturday, and make you feel pretty although you have always been my beautiful mom. So many wonderful memories you have given to us, your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. You have been our strength for so many years and in the end, we, your children had to be your strength to help take you to everlasting life, it was such a heartbreaking journey. I will hold you in my heart always and one day we will be together again. I love you Mom 

Where and how do I begin for the last 50 years this beautiful lady has been in my life. Some people say they love you , others let you feel love and I always did by Jane, from the first day she told me she had a " bone to pick with me " I knew I could love her and I did. My children adored her, my wife adored and gave her deep love to her. For the last 30 plus years Jane has been my second mother. She was always there in our times of trouble with the Helping Hand. I remember the first time when I went in the house to meet Tricia mother she told us to go sit on the Davenport I remember thinking to myself what the heck is a davenport? From that day forward I learned a lot of new words from Jane I'm sure you will hear about them from others. I will miss her and I loved her dearly. In my Mother in laws late years and her last days she was truly taken care of By Angels on Earth and Angels do have names Robert, Sharon and Patricia gave their Endless Love.

Jane is also preceded in death by her siblings Annie (Bob) Howard, Beatrice (Everett) Harrison, Elmer Lamoreaux Jr., Verne Lamoreaux and Bill Lamoreaux.



She was born to Elmer and Lucille Lamoreaux on February 7th of 1929.
