Jane Schrank, age 80, of Warren, Michigan passed away on December 25, 2021. She is the beloved wife of Al Schrank; Loving mother of Steven Evans (Ginger), Alfie Schrank and Malinda Waelchli (Steven); Treasured grandmother of Malissa De La Cruz (Jared), Matthew Bozek Jr., Shane Waelchli, Anna Waelchli, Rose Waelchli; Cherished great-grandmother of Charlotte De La Cruz, Nicolás De La Cruz and Samuel De La Cruz; Dear sister of Cosette Schulten and Oliver Dixon, II. She is preceded in death by her son Christopher Evans.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, giving selflessly to all those who were blessed to know her. Jane was a strong person, a homemaker who loved to garden and was a great cook. She loved taking care of her family, especially when it came to her grandchildren. Jane also loved roller-skating. She would go almost every week, and would sew her own skating outfits. She was a natural seamstress, not only sewing clothes for herself, but also at times for her family. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI. Following the visitation Jane will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, MI.
