Janice had a huge heart and selfless nature but with a flare of sarcasm. Janice's selfless nature extended to welcoming friends into their home when they needed support. She was warm and outgoing and always had a smile on her face. Janice was a waitress for 36 years at Bakers Square. She was the type of waitress that would have a seat with you while you ordered and might even steal a fry from you when checking in. If she really liked you she might offer to show you her mouse tattoo. Janice embraced life with a radiant smile, displaying unwavering compassion and readily offering help to those in need. She could often be heard saying to Robert "makes a mother proud". Janice will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Janice is survived by her children, Robert (Jackie) Bliss Jr., Dawn (Jerry) Zurro; her granddaughter Amanda (Jake), her grandchildren, Charles (Jessica), Robert III (Rachel), Ryan; her great - grandchildren Wyatt, Jayme, Sammy, Gavin, Cody; her siblings, her brothers Robert (Fran) Marichuski and Gerald Martichuski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Winifred Martichuski.
A visitation for Janice will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
