Janine Ann Salkowski

Janine (Marentette) Salkowski age 91, born Dec. 1, 1931 in Windsor, Ontario. Preceded in death by siblings Bev, Alan and Michael, and son Steven. Survived by husband Ted; daughters Diane Tilton and Nancy (Tom) MacDonald; sons Tom (Mary), Jim, Dan (Alicia) and David; brother Marvin (Ronnie) and sister Gayle (Ted); 12 loving grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. Janine loved spending time with her family, playing cards, quilting and crafting. She greatly enjoyed baseball and was an avid Detroit Tigers Fan.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Ronald Catholic Church located at 17701 15 Mile Rd Clinton Township, MI 48035 on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Janine will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit with her beloved Steven and Ted’s family.
