Jayne was born on January 30, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Robert and Dorothy Goodman. She met her future husband, Paul, while enrolled at Harper Woods High School, where they would graduate from. Jayne was extremely career driven and proudly worked as a Sales Director for Teleflex Automotive for over 25 years.
Jayne was very generous with her time and love. She enjoyed hosting annual family Christmas parties, was actively involved with her daughters’ schooling at St. Angela in Roseville, and cherished her vacations to Florida and the cottage in Lexington.
Jayne is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Paul; her daughters, Kelly (Michael) Copeland and Keri Ciechanowski; her grandchildren: Aiden, Ava, and Max; and her siblings: Roxanne (David), Sally (James), Susan (Peter), Gary (Denise), Sandra (Rick), James (Ellen), John (Joan), Janet (David) and Cindy (Brian); along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dorothy; and brother, Robert (Kathy).
The family will greet guests from 3:00pm to 8:00pm with a 6:30pm Scripture Service on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., Michigan.
A memorial mass will take place at 10:00am on Friday, September 20, 2024 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd., Utica, Michigan. Memorial in state from 9:30am until time of mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be directed towards the family for future use in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Walk MS”.
