Joan J. Bittner, age 86, passed away June 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Richard; loving mother of David (Pam), Robert, Diane (Dave) Jones, Dan and Denise (Brian) Hull; dear grandmother of Kevin, Dan, Sara, Cye, Jordan, Krissi, Amber, Blake, Nathan, Brent, Drew, Jessica, Brianna, Logan and Kaleigh; great grandmother of Ceth and Joaquin.
Joan loved spending time with her family and was extremely proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed golfing, line dancing and traveling. Joan was a huge fan of the Detroit Red Wings. Her family will miss her baking her homemade sponge cake with chocolate frosting for special occasions, which she was known for.
Visitation Friday, June 29, 2018 3pm to 8pm. Funeral Service Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10am at Kaul Funeral Home 35201 Garfield Clinton Twp. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
