JoAnne Clemens Sherman, 89, of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 surrounded by her family. JoAnne is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William Peyton Sherman. She is survived by her four children, Dorothy Sherman of Brooklyn, NY, William Joseph Sherman (Andrew Fraser) of Seattle, WA, Mary Zerafa (Don) and Anne Medovarsky (John). She had five grandchildren, Stephanie Wickersham (Jonathan), Anthony Zerafa (Amanda), Joseph Zerafa, John and Peyton Medovarsky. She also had two great grandchildren, Anthony and Daniella Wickersham.
The family will greet friends for a visitation on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 9:00am – 11:00am at Kaul Funeral Home of Clinton Township with a funeral service at 11:00am. There will not be a procession to the cemetery. However, you are welcome to join the family after the service to Resurrection for her interment.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Sparky Fund.
