John J. Misiak, age 64, of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, passed away on August 8, 2020. He was the beloved husband for 45 years to Mary Ellen Misiak; Loving Dad of Don Misiak, Michelle (Steve) Schwartz, and Phillip Misiak; Cherished grandfather of Savannah Schwartz, Ivy Misiak, and Lily Russ; Dearest son of Doris Bronz; Dearest brother of Janice (Butch) Lavelle; Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
John leaves behind a great legacy. Born in Detroit, John lived his life in the Metro Detroit area. His life’s work was spent in the automotive industry, and he eventually retired from General Motors as a repairman. John was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, and loved riding his Harleys. Most of all, his family will remember him for being a family man, a great husband, father, and grandfather.
