Karen was a loving wife, wonderful mother, caring sister and kind friend. She had an enormous capacity to love, which was evident to all who knew her. She had a wonderful way of making a person feel welcome and always provided an understanding shoulder to lean on regardless of her own circumstances. Karen loved to laugh, make others smile and would always be there with a “what can I do to help”. She loved working on crossword/word search puzzles and could not pass up the opportunity to try a new lottery scratch off ticket. However, Karen’s passion was her family. Never missing an event or gathering, always there with laughter, a glass of wine, and a helping hand. Married to her love and high school sweetheart for 50 years, she absolutely treasured being a wife, a mom and grandmother.
Loving wife to James Feldmann, Wonderful mother to Thomas Feldmann and Kathryn (Larry) Quillen. Proud grandmother to Seth, Liam, Logan and Elizabeth. Dearest sister to Doreen (Zarth) Austin, Steven McIntosh, Nancy (Peter) Asaro and Brenda Fick-Ritchey. Sweet aunt to many nieces and nephews. A BFF to some and friend to so many over the years. Predeceased by her mother and step-father, Doris and Lee McIntosh and her father, Jim Fick. Karen was loved very much and will be missed by all!
