DuWayne met Karl when they were 16 - 69 years ago. They often told stories about their adventures which were hilarious -stories about things that only the very young would try to do.

I met Karl and his family at their home and they welcomed me to the family with open arms. The greatest moment at my wedding was when Karl walked me down the aisle. I will always cherish this memory as it was my greatest honor to have Karl at my side.

We spent many days and nights at Karl and Rena's sharing memories and good food with Doug and Beverly. Karl was a loyal and loving friend through good times and sad. He always met us at the door with his big smile and warm hello.

You'll be sadly missed my friend - auf Wiedersehen.
