Keith Joseph Pelt

Keith Joseph Pelt, age 69, of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. He was born August 18, 1954 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to the late Peter Pelt, & Art & Erna (Street) Ladas.

Keith was a Roseville Firefighter and served as Battalion Chief and proudly Retired as Chief. He was known as the firecomic and even started doing standup comedy. Keith liked to travel and was a snowbird down in Florida. He enjoyed the theater, attending musicals and karaoke. Keith was a good cook and had great recipes for egg rolls and potato salad. His sense of humor, passion for life and Michigan Football will be missed.

Keith is survived by his children, Brian (April) Pelt, Holly (Ty Martin) Pelt; grandchildren, Dominic Randazzo Casey Pelt, Ethon Pelt; great-grandchild, Jeremy Pelt; siblings, Janice Strickland, RJ (Jennifer) Ladas, Colleen (Nick) Bellini; his Uncle Jake Pelt; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Marcella Pelt & sister Tammy Holingsworth, & Teresa Pelt.

A Celebration of Keith's life will be August 18th from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the American Legion Post 351, 46146 Cass Ave, Utica, MI 48318.
