I can't believe it has been 3 years already.  I retired 2 years ago and have many times thought of the great time I had working with Larry.  I think of you often and hope the many memories of Larry give you some peace.

Cathy-Our deepest sympathy to you and the Family. Larry was our lifesaver when we needed help on a home project. He was a master at woodmaking especially birdhouses.  Our hear aches, but we will always remember the great times - Niagra Falls, Quebec, Las Vegas, Washington D.C., Arizona, Destin FL, going salmon fishing up north, playing cribbage with the boys,  and last but not least the Casinos downtown.  Larry was and always will be and incredible good friend.

Larry was my friend...we deer hunted and fished together for over 40 years.  I cannot honestly say that Larry ever shot a deer, but he read a lot of books and had a lot of naps and we had a lot of laughs.  As a matter of fact, one year while he was napping, it started to snow.  Our group decided to leave, but we couldn't find Larry.  We walked past him several times, but he was covered in snow and we didn't see him until he finally woke up and shook off the snow. 
He won an award from the DNR as Master Angler of the Year for a fish he caught.  There were many debates between him and Skip Littlefield about who really caught that fish.  
Larry was a happy person and loved to get under your skin if you let him.  But he had a heart of gold and would do anything for you.  You just had to get him to finish the job, (a story best told over a beer).  Larry was my friend and I miss him already.  Rest in peace my friend.     

I always used to love to tease and bull shit with Uncle Larry. He was a fun guy!
