Stengel, Louise M., age 88. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas for 22 years. Loving mother of Nicholas (Sandy) Stengel, Karen (Rocky) Bisby, and Mark (Tami) Stengel. Devoted grandmother to Jennifer (Michael) Nichols, Rocky Bisby, Mark (Jamie) Stengel, Jacob Bisby, Chelsea Bisby, Jessica (Andrew) Karam, and Elizabeth Stengel. Caring great-grandmother to Joshua Nichols, Timothy Nichols, Nathan Nichols, Anna Nichols, Mark Stengel, and Annabelle Stengel.
Louise worked as a telephone operator for Michigan Bell until 1990, when she retired after many years of service. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and listening to music.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 2 - 8pm at Resurrection Funeral Home; 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038. Visitation will continue Friday morning from 10am until the time of service at 11am at Rockpointe Community Church in Sterling Heights; 38100 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48312. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
