Margaret "Peggy" Stewart

Margaret “Peggy” Katherine Stewart passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 98. She was the youngest of six children of Edmund and Anastasia Dery. Born on January 25, 1922, in Detroit, Michigan, she was preceded in death by her siblings Mildred, Fay, Doreen, Mary, and Joseph and her husband Lee Stewart. She was also preceded in death by her son Thomas Stewart and daughter Carol Burdick. Surviving are her children Linda Ambrow, James (Rebecca) Stewart, Doreen (Frank) Natter and John Stewart. She was the cherished grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 18, and great great grandmother of 9.

Visitation for Margaret will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 2 to 8pm at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road in Clinton Township. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 10:30am at Resurrection Funeral Home. Following services, interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
