We were so sorry to hear about Mary’s passing. We were out of town  when visitation and services were held.  Mary was a wonderful neighbor, I chatted with her whenever I saw her outside and even saw her when she was working in the Pediatric offices that I called on. I always looked at her home at night to make sure her garage was closed, even called her a few times to let her know when it wasn’t to keep her safe   Thoughts send prayers to all of you. Words can't describe the remorse I feel about the loss of my neighbor for 60 years--Mary Stone!!  Also heart-broken about being unaware of her funeral until after the fact!  Unfortunately, I usually don't  scan the alphabetical listing of names while routinely perusing The Detroit Free Press Obituaries section.  Would love to have reconnected with the  Stone "kids" who, along with their parents Mary and Ron, played an important role in the life of my son--and Bobby's friend--Curtis Cryderman (1963-2004). On behalf of the Capuchin brothers I offer my deepest sympathies on the passing of Mary. It is truly humbling to receive donations in honor of her life. Please be assured of the brother's prayers for the entire Stone family during this great time of grief. I have placed Mary's name at the tomb of Blessed Solanus Casey. May perpetual light shine upon Mary.

I’m so sorry to hear about aunt Mary she will be missed. I will always remember when we spent New Year’s Eve with ur family as kids many many prayers 

So sorry for the loss of Mary! I have known Mary my entire life.  Our families were great friends growing up. I always loved going to Ron and Mary’s house and enjoying their hot tub when I was a kid. When I had my daughters, they were patients at the pediatric office Mary worked at and still are. I was actually just talking about Mary to Dr. Gappy a couple weeks ago. Anytime I had any questions or concerns about my daughters after hours, I always called Mary at home and she always answered and she always helps me with my girls, I will never ever forget her for that, we had so many great phone conversations. Mary had the best heart and I’m so deeply sad for her loss. My condolences to the family xoxoxo

The Stone Family - so sorry for your loss. I remember the thousands of visits to the Stone house and how nice and inviting Mrs. Stone was. A visit to see Bobby would always include a conversation with Mrs. Stone and updates on the family.  RIP Mrs. Stone.
