Matthew spent much of his life in the Warren area, where he built strong relationships and a life centered around family. He was known for his sense of humor, his love for Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam, his ability to make people laugh, and the way he brought energy and warmth wherever he went.
He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Tolomei, who stood by his side through life’s journey. He was a proud and devoted father to his son, Justin Wutzke (Alisa Wutzke), and his daughter, Terrah Pittiglio (Marty Torres). Nothing meant more to Matthew than his family, and he especially cherished the role of grandfather.
Matthew leaves behind seven beloved grandchildren: Kyle, Kaylee, Peter, Kayden, John, Chase, and Skylar, who brought immense pride and joy to his life. He loved watching them grow and treasured every moment spent with them.
Though his brothers and sister may not have lived close, their family bond was loving and strong. He is survived by his sister, Suzanne Maniaci (Peter, deceased), Mike (Natalya), and Steve (Carol). Matthew was preceded in death by his parents, Vince and Joan Tolomei, and his sister, Veronica.
He is also survived by his extended family through marriage, including Michelle’s siblings: Mark (Laura, Mark deceased), Mike, Marcy (Vance), Mary (Ken), Matt (Sara), and Tina.
Matthew was a proud uncle to 28 nieces and nephews, all of whom were an important part of his life.
Matthew will be remembered for his laughter, his love for his family, and the lasting impact he had on those who knew him. Though his passing leaves a tremendous void, his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
